Zahoorullah S MD obtained BTech Biotechnology and MTech Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University(JNTUH) Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh,India.He is pursuing PhD in Biotechnology from JNTUH . His research area includes isolation purification and characterisation of novel enzymes chitinase and chitosanase from a fungal sps.Presently he is working as Assisant professor of Biotechnology in Department of Biotechnology Joginpally B R Engineering College Moinabad,RR district,Andhra Pradesh.He attended 20 workshops in Biotechnology and its allied fields,participated and presented nearly 20 papers in International ,National Conferences and journals.He taught 27 subjects in Engineering Biotechnology and other Engineering subjects.He wrote 7 books on different subjects.
Highly influenced by Human Genome project that was released in the year 2001 while he was pursuing Intermediate ((10+2) with Botony,Zoology,Physics and Chemistry) he visualized the field of Biotechnology.He wrote several articles and projects on Biotechnology that were coincided with the Human Genome Project. Then he took a decision to dedicate to the field of Biotechnology. Even tough he had a chance to become a medical doctor he kept focus on his aim to become Professor and Scientist in Biotechnology and chosen the path.He joined BSc Biotechnology. When the notification issued by the JNTUH and Government of Andhra Pradesh that a new course is being started in BTech with Specialisation in Biotechnology he immediately joined BTech Biotech Course in 2002 while discontinuing BSc Biotechnology.
